Hartson Heroes
Hartson’s Heroes is our name for the people who generously give their time, energy and money to help the John Hartson Foundation in its life-changing work.
People who have joined us on the Ben Nevis Bravehart Challenge, taken part in charity football matches and golf tournaments, even shaved their heads and grown moustaches for us.
People who have pushed their bodies to new limits by running, cycling, walking and rowing extraordinary distances for us.
People who continue to surprise us by coming up with novel ways to raise vital funds for us.
These are the people who make up the backbone of the John Hartson Foundation, the people we couldn’t do it without. These are our heroes.

Whatever your idea, however much you hope to raise, we’re grateful for every bit of support we receive.
One of the easiest ways to get an event off the ground is to set up a fundraising page at www.justgiving.com. That way, you can spread word of your appeal via Facebook, Twitter and email, and your supporters can donate securely online.

A special thank you to Dafydd Rhys Thomas, Jeff Evans and Ronnie Williams who have kindly included the JHF as one of the beneficiaries of their sponsored cycle marathon.
They cycled 1,000 miles through France to the South of France and the Italian Border, then 450 miles through Italy finishing off in Rome.
Congratulations and well done!
